Wild Onion Brewery has expanded into a 5,000 square foot addition that is now home to a new 50-barrel brew house. With three 100-barrel fermenters and two 100-barrel packaging tanks, they are able to increase their production capacity by 400%.
The original brew house will serve to create small batch one-offs and for R&D of new future beers. Wild Onion continues their mission to produce the freshest, most well-balanced beers available. Tours of the new brewery are available on the first
